Description

Lead technology initiatives to solve moderately complex business problems within business systems. You will own the delivery of technological solutions by partnering with business and technology teams to define planning and direction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business, operational, and technical challenges to define strategic direction.
• Re-engineer technical processes using quality tools and process definition improvements.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables while coordinating information flow between stakeholders.
• Develop cost-effective systems and procedures that meet specific business requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data.
• Agile methodology experience, including writing features and user stories.
• Root cause analysis and testing capabilities.
• Understanding of Supply Chain processes and systems.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal consulting.
• Proficiency with Alteryx data tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced process re-engineering in supply chain contexts.
