Description

Lead technical implementations and custom application development within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow platform modules including ITSM, CSM, and APM.
• Build and maintain custom applications based on specific customer requirements.
• Execute integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Triage platform issues and manage the incident queue in coordination with vendor support.
• Interact directly with customers to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and APM modules.
• Proven experience building custom applications using ServiceNow.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Direct experience managing third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for platform incident management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
