Description

You will manage the deployment and orchestration of PaaS and SaaS-based telecom applications within continuous delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Netcracker PaaS platforms using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and OpenStack.
• Manage application deployment across Netcracker and third-party cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot applications on various PaaS environments and resolve administrative issues through data analysis.
• Create templates, containers, and deployment configuration files.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and performance teams to orchestrate new components into the solution stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience installing and using Docker, including understanding cgroup linux kernel mechanisms and CFS mode.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OKD, or OpenShift.
• Experience managing containerized applications on public engines such as Azure, Google, or AWS.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian) and troubleshooting using base UNIX/Linux binaries.
• Experience with virtualization technologies including KVM, VMware, OpenStack, or Hyper-V.
• Practical knowledge of scripting using Ansible and Bash.
• Understanding of DevOps methods and Continuous Delivery.
• Networking knowledge covering IPv4, TCP, UDP, routing, packet filtering, and SDN concepts.
• Monitoring experience with tools such as Zabbix, Icinga, collectd, Prometheus, or Heapster.
• Fluent English and Portuguese verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related science.
