Description

Own the architecture, implementation, and administration of enterprise middleware platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define standards and best practices for application server configurations, deployments, and maintenance.
• Drive performance optimization, high availability, and scalability of middleware platforms.
• Automate operational and deployment tasks using PowerShell and Unix shell scripts.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to design robust deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex middleware and operating system issues, ensuring minimal production downtime.

Required Skills

• 12+ years managing large-scale, mission-critical enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, JBoss EAP, and Apache Tomcat.
• Expertise in scripting using PowerShell and Unix shell.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP for application hosting.

Preferred Skills

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA degree.
