Description

Manage large-scale Microsoft technology transformations including Windows migrations, Office365 consolidations, and Tenant-to-Tenant migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for complex Microsoft environment migrations using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Apply Organizational Change Management frameworks (ProSci, ADKAR) to ensure successful user adoption and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project risk, financial accountability, and cross-functional stakeholder communication throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Oversee networking configurations, data migration, and application authentication processes within Microsoft ecosystems.
• Utilize ServiceNow, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project to track progress and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience with demonstrated expertise in Windows migrations, Office365, and Microsoft Tenant-to-Tenant migrations.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms: ServiceNow, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong technical acumen in networking, data migration, and application authentication across Microsoft environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks.
• Relevant certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
