You will design, implement, and sustain a centralized secrets management system using HashiCorp Vault.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize HashiCorp Vault and Consul/Raft storage components across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Integrate Vault with Jenkins and Kubernetes to enable seamless credential injection.
• Manage the migration of storage from Consul to Raft integrated storage.
• Troubleshoot production issues involving AppRole, Secrets, Namespaces, KV engines, and Transit engines.
• Deploy hardened Vault instances on Linux servers using OpenShift and VMWare for high availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security professional roles.
• Expertise in HashiCorp Vault installation, management, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Vault authentication methods including LDAP, AppRole, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, or .NET.
• Technical knowledge of security tools including Sailpoint, CyberArk, Ping, Imperva, and Cipher Trust Manager.
• Understanding of security controls such as encryption, vulnerability assessment, and SIEM.
• Knowledge of Vault Disaster Recovery and High Availability strategies.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure including Load Balancers and data center affinity.
