Description

You will serve as an onsite subject matter expert for radio communications and distributed antenna systems (DAS) to ensure system uptime and maintain service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of radio communications and DAS to maintain service level agreements.
• Coordinate with airport business units and manage vendor relationships to meet radio communication needs.
• Lead project implementation for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS-5G) infrastructure.
• Oversee the design and delivery of Public Safety DAS replacements and radio programming.
• Manage project delivery and division-level objectives independently.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of specialized experience in business systems analysis and design.
• Experience with distributed antenna system (DAS) technology.
• Experience with radio frequency (RF) technology.
• Technical background with the ability to manage projects and vendors without direct supervision.
• Experience upgrading telecom networking services, specifically 5G.
• Knowledge of wireless network administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management and Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Ability to pass and maintain federal security clearances.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with airport infrastructure or airport business models.
• Experience working within city or county government, specifically in transportation or airports.
• Experience integrating Police, Fire, and EMS radio systems.
