Description

As an onsite subject matter expert for distributed antenna system (DAS) and radio frequency (RF) technology, you will ensure system uptime and maintain service level agreements for airport radio communications.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of radio communications and DAS to meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate with airport business units and manage vendor relationships to fulfill radio communication needs.
• Lead project implementation for DAS and contribute to delivering Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS-5G) infrastructure.
• Oversee the design and delivery of Public Safety DAS replacement projects.
• Manage radio programming and project delivery aligned with division-level objectives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of specialized experience in business systems analysis and design.
• Technical expertise in distributed antenna system (DAS) and radio frequency (RF) technology.
• Experience upgrading telecom networking services, specifically 5G.
• Proven ability to manage projects and vendors independently.
• Experience with wireless network administration.
• Ability to integrate Police, Fire, and EMS radio systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Ability to pass and maintain federal security clearances.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within city or county government, specifically in transportation or airport infrastructure.
• Knowledge of airport business models.
