Description

Own end-to-end testing for core banking applications, from design through execution and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage testing activities for core banking systems, ensuring complete coverage and traceability.
• Design, create, and maintain test cases aligned with business requirements.
• Execute test plans, validate results, and log defects through resolution.
• Prepare test reports, status updates, and maintain testing documentation.
• Coordinate with business and development teams to monitor progress and schedules.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of testing experience with strong expertise in Core Banking Testing.
• Proficient in Test Management and Test Case Design.
• Hands-on experience with Test Execution and Defect Tracking.
• Skilled in Test Reporting and QA processes.
• Knowledge of test lifecycle management and banking domain processes.
• Experience with test management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to test scripting.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
