Description

You will perform complex testing and quality assurance activities for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing procedures and document results thoroughly.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, specifically for Salesforce.
• Identify and resolve application issues or design creative solutions for them.
• Collaborate with team members to drive testing cycles.
• Apply knowledge of SDLC throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• 5+ years of experience with Mainframe testing, including COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• 5+ years knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• 5+ years working knowledge of Jira and MS Office.
• 4+ years experience with Salesforce testing and UAT support.
• 4+ years experience using API testing tools.
• 4+ years strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• 4+ years effective oral and written communication.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Test automation experience.
• Performance testing experience.
