Description

You will execute complex testing and quality assurance for critical systems, ensuring reliability across Mainframe and Salesforce environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute testing procedures and document results thoroughly for critical applications.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, specifically for Salesforce.
• Identify application issues and design creative solutions to resolve them.
• Collaborate with team members to drive testing cycles and apply SDLC knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• 5+ years of experience with Mainframe testing, including COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• 5+ years of knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• 5+ years of working knowledge of Jira and MS Office.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce testing and UAT support.
• 4+ years of experience using API testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Test automation experience.
• Performance testing experience.
