Description

You own end-to-end functional testing for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations.
• Manage defects and track resolution using Jira and ALM.
• Perform functional testing to ensure system stability and requirement compliance.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and validate fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of testing experience.
• Strong background in Salesforce functional testing.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Test Case Design.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and ALM.
• Expertise in Defect Management.
