Responsibilities

• Design and implement testing frameworks specifically for AI systems to ensure expected behavior.
• Develop automated tests to support continuous integration and efficient AI model testing.
• Evaluate AI models for accuracy, fairness, and potential risks such as bias or privacy concerns.
• Perform performance and scalability testing on AI systems to ensure real-world readiness.
• Respond to RFPs with AI-driven test solutions and embedded accelerators.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in testing and automation.
• Expertise in Test Strategy Design for AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with Automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Performance Testing for large-scale systems.
• Experience with AI model validation and accuracy assessment.
• Ability to manage high-quality, diverse test data sets.
• Strong documentation skills for test plans and quality improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Collaboration with data scientists and software engineers to integrate testing into the development lifecycle.
