Description

You will design and lead the technical testing strategy for complex projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test architectures across functional, E2E, SIT, UAT, and automation layers.
• Lead and mentor testing teams of 10+ associates, including onboarding and upskilling.
• Design and customize automation frameworks with integrated reporting components.
• Manage testing schedules, define test estimates, and coordinate release planning.
• Perform automation maturity assessments, feasibility analysis, and tooling strategy definition.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation leadership.
• Expertise in Selenium and Appium for web and Android platforms.
• Proficiency with Java and Selenium WebDriver for regression automation.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber and Rest Assured.
• Deep understanding of STLC and SDLC within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of Bug Life Cycle and defect tracking processes.
• Ability to define KPIs and metrics to assess test effectiveness and product quality.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, requirements analysis, and detailed test planning.
