Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, and Selenium.
• Create and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test execution results and identify defects, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop reusable automation utilities and libraries to improve test efficiency.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and sprint activities within Agile environments.
• Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and automation best practices are maintained.
• Generate automation reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  Required Technical Skills
• Strong experience in Playwright Automation Framework.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  Added Advantage
• Experience with Python for automation scripting and framework development.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Experience with Docker and containerized test execution.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
  Qualifications
• bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
  Preferred Experience
• 3+ years in Test Automation.
• Experience automating enterprise-grade web applications.
• Exposure to both modern automation tools (Playwright) and legacy frameworks (Selenium)
