Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end test automation strategies and framework architectures for distributed teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance automation framework components, libraries, and architectures.
• Design automation test plans and provide accurate testing estimations.
• Manage the defect management process and conduct regression testing.
• Develop, debug, and execute test cases while generating comprehensive summary reports.
• Coordinate with development and client-side stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of automation consulting experience across multiple platforms and domains.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Selenium, UFT, or Protractor.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with TestNG framework for web application testing.
• Strong knowledge of web service automation using Rest Assured.
• Experience with mobile application testing using Appium.
• Proficiency in Protractor for automation.
• Ability to act as both an individual contributor and a team leader.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing frameworks using Cucumber.
• Proven track record of creating QA strategies and automation approaches from scratch.
