Description

You will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright for UI and API automation.
• Build automated test suites covering frontend applications, backend services, and cloud-native microservices.
• Develop and execute integration, end-to-end, and reliability test scenarios.
• Drive continuous testing by integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Mentor offshore QA automation engineers, providing technical direction and managing tasks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience, or 6+ years with a Master's degree.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for UI, API, and distributed systems.
• Solid API automation experience using Postman, including scripting and collection management.
• Experience testing applications built on Salesforce, Java Spring Boot, and AWS-based microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
• Ability to work onsite at least three days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience building end-to-end test strategies across complex systems.
