Description

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API layers to ensure product quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber.
• Develop and execute API tests using RestAssured or Postman.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.
• Analyze test results, report defects in JIRA, and troubleshoot framework issues.
• Collaborate with development teams in Agile sprints to improve test coverage.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong knowledge of TestNG and Cucumber for BDD.
• Experience with API testing using RestAssured or Postman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins and Git.
• Understanding of SQL and SDLC/Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for test containerization.
