Description

You will manage quality assurance through manual and automated testing across all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, progression, and regression testing for POS applications during QA and UAT.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure test cases are ready for development teams before iterations begin.
• Perform log and database analysis to provide technical context for identified issues.
• Design and execute automated tests to improve testing efficiency.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium.
• Experience with SQL Server, Postgres, and MongoDB.
• Expertise in writing and executing API test cases using SoapUI or RestAssured.
• Experience performing backend testing with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to conduct log analysis using Logz or Kibana.
• Experience with functional, non-functional, and regression testing methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Irving, TX.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Test-Driven Development (TDD) using tools like Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Jira and Zephyr Scale.
