Lead automated testing strategies for Python applications on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous verification.
• Execute functional testing to validate complex business logic.
• Troubleshoot and debug test failures to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with dev and QA teams to refine QA processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Expertise in Selenium for script development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based testing.
• Familiarity with Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot test failures.
