Job Description:

• Automation Development and Execution
• Design, build, maintain, and execute Tosca automation scripts for web applications, backend databases, APIs, and web services.
• Develop reusable Test Step Blocks and test cases aligned to business requirements.
• Prepare Tosca TDM test data and associate it with test cases using TDS.
• Apply Tosca tools such as XScan, Tosca Commander, TestCase Design (TCD), Test Data Service (TDS), and Execution Lists as appropriate.
• Execute tests through Execution Lists, Test Events, and DEX agents.

Additional Qualifications (Good-to-have)
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
• Healthcare domain experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Experience with test management tools such as qTest and Jira.

Unique Selling Points
• Experience remediating scripts for major Pega version upgrade.
• Experience remediating scripts for cloud migration initiative.

Suite Remediation and Reporting
• Assess and remediate large Tosca automation suites.
• Define the solution approach for sustaining and improving large Tosca automation suites.
• Review Tosca execution logs to distinguish environment-related or incidental failures from application defects.
• Create and share execution summary reports with the client.

Team Player
• Collaborate with Test Manager, Test Lead & Quality Engineers.
• Support other Tosca Automation Engineers.

What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
1. Tricentis Tosca (must have 5+ years of experience with this tool and must be AS1 / AS2 / AE1 certified)
2. Automated Testing of web application, backend database & API
3. Hands-on experience developing Tosca scripts for Pega applications

Additional Information:
Remediate all Tosca test scripts of a large Regression Automation test suite to support a Pega application getting upgraded to Infinity version and simultaneously getting migrated to Pega Cloud SAAS platform.
