Description

Lead automated testing strategy and execution to ensure system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium and the Page Object Model.
• Define automation test architectures, approaches, and success metrics.
• Manage test data repositories and environments using JSON, XML, and Excel.
• Troubleshoot test failures and record defects within the tracking system.
• Analyze automation requirements and evaluate appropriate tool suites.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Selenium.
• 10+ years of experience with Java.
• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps practices.
• 1-2 years of experience with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and system architecture.
• Experience managing various types of system databases.
• Established residency in the US for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
• Must be local to the Washington, D.C. Metro/Northern VA area.
• Eligibility to receive Federal Public Trust clearance.
