Description

You will lead test automation strategy and manage the automation framework for software releases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of test automation engineers and oversee effort estimates, test plans, and summary reports.
• Create automated test and performance test scripts using Selenium or Rational tools.
• Perform manual and functional testing, verifying data and reporting results.
• Interact with clients daily during testing phases to communicate release defects.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of solid experience with manual functional, regression, usability, integration, remote access, and accessibility testing.
• 4+ years experience developing automation scripts from scratch using Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• 3 years of experience developing scripts using web services tools.
• Serve as SME in SQL, DB, and backend testing.
• Experience testing in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr Scale.
• Experience with Section 508 testing tools (JAWS, SortSite, Dragon, WAVE, or Lighthouse).
• Ability to review software design and requirements documentation with developers and BAs.
