Description

Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, and tools for geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hybrid automation frameworks from scratch.
• Define end-to-end automation workflows and strategies for application services from initiation to delivery.
• Scope and estimate test automation efforts for user stories.
• Drive project review metrics dashboards and lead code reviews to ensure coding standards.
• Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, and TestNG for web and mobile applications.
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Karate or Serenity.
• Expertise in Rest-Assured, Katalon, or UFT.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins, to align with DevOps processes.
• Experience with GIT, ALM, and JIRA.
• Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to work within iterative agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).
