Description

You will act as an all-round tester within a banking domain project, focusing on risk-based assessment and autonomous testing.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements to translate them into business processes and specific application operations.
• Design test sets that prioritize and cover the most significant project risks.
• Test subsystems independently by creating your own stubs, drivers, and test data.
• Execute autonomous testing to reduce dependency on chain testing.
• Apply a critical mindset to identify system failures and edge cases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a similar testing role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong technical affinity and JavaScript knowledge.
• Experience with Risk Based Testing.
• Experience with front-end automation frameworks such as WebdriverIO, Selenium, or Protractor.
• Proficiency with Postman, SoapUI, and JSON requests.
• Experience performing browser and device testing.
• Ability to create and work with stubs and mocks.
• Experience working in Agile environments using DevOps, SCRUM, and Simplify@Scale (Spotify Model).
• Professional English speaking and writing skills.
• Working knowledge of Git, Confluence, Splunk, and DevOps workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing, microservices, and Contract Based testing (Spring Cloud Contract).
• Extensive experience in integration, chain (E2E), and acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with Azure Pipelines and basic Java (SpringRunner).
