Description

You will lead testing efforts for embedded systems, mentoring engineers and driving quality standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies and processes for embedded systems.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for embedded software and hardware.
• Drive adoption of automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects, conducting root cause analysis with development teams.
• Maintain and update all test documentation, including plans, cases, and reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience testing embedded systems (hardware and software).
• Deep expertise in C and C++ programming languages.
• Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Pytest.
• Experience working in a Linux environment and using Linux tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART) and hardware interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
