Description

Lead testing efforts by designing automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality software delivery through collaboration with product and development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve test automation frameworks and tools.
• Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure full test coverage and traceability.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze failures, and report issues.
• Manage test data, environments, and infrastructure.
• Mentor QA team members and define automation and source code management standards.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in automating tests using Ruby/Cucumber, Java, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Watir, and Gherkin.
• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, including functional, non-functional, and system integration testing.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum processes.
• Proven track record in defect management and testing across various devices and operating systems.
• Ability to manage test implementation, including data management strategies and test planning.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills for collaborating with global teams.
