Description

Lead testing efforts for Workday Core HCM, integrations, and Payroll and Compensation modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test plans and scripts for Unit Testing, SIT, Regression, UAT, and post-production validation.
• Validate EIBs, including both inbound and outbound integrations, to ensure data accuracy.
• Convert business requirements into structured test cases in collaboration with functional teams.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by identifying, documenting, and retesting issues.
• Support bi-annual Workday updates and testing cycles for cross-functional dependencies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience testing Workday Core HCM.
• Deep knowledge of Workday integrations and EIB functionality.
• Hands-on experience testing Payroll and Compensation modules.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, or similar QA management platforms.
• Experience with Core HCM and business process setup.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related discipline.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification.
• Workday certifications in Core HCM, Integrations, or Compensation.
