Description

You will lead testing efforts for specific engagements and releases, ensuring quality through manual and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and manage the testing scope, execution, and documentation for each release.
• Perform SIT and UAT execution while overseeing the work of junior testers.
• Identify regression tests suitable for automation and create/update test data for automation cases.
• Report defects, track aging against SLAs, and follow up with developers and BAs for resolution.
• Maintain test assets, repositories, and documentation including test plans and execution reports.
• Coordinate with application teams to create test design frameworks based on RTM.
• Provide test result walkthroughs to stakeholders for formal sign-off.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of professional testing experience.
• Proven experience with Agile methodology.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process adherence.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Strong communication, articulation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage project timesheets.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in automation tools.
• Experience in BFSI or Telecom domains.
