Description

You will own quality assurance within an Agile development team to ensure products meet release cycles and the definition of done.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and scripts to ensure software meets quality standards and user requirements.
• Identify, track, and report defects while providing feedback during technical and functional reviews.
• Provide sign-off on medium to high complexity release features.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Guide junior team members on improving test case density and assist with implementational or operational issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Expertise in SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience developing and managing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously on backlog tickets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Selenium.
• Knowledge of QTP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages and development tools.
