Description

Lead testing efforts and implement automation strategies to ensure product quality.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts aligned with project requirements.
• Lead test automation efforts and integrate automated scripts into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing to identify and track defects.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, cases, and results while reporting metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers through design and code reviews to catch issues early.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in test automation using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in software testing and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
