Description

Lead software validation efforts within a product manufacturing environment, owning the full lifecycle from test planning to defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software requirements.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing to identify and document defects.
• Validate data acquisition (DAQ) systems to ensure accurate data collection and processing.
• Operate and manage lab test equipment and configure test computers to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain detailed traceability documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing within product manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Python for writing and automating test scripts.
• Hands-on experience validating and working with data acquisition (DAQ) systems.
• Experience using Jira or Confluence for defect tracking and documentation.
• Ability to set up, configure, and manage lab test equipment and test environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Proven ability to develop detailed test cases and execution plans.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
