Description

You will drive new test methods across optical/vision metrology, mechanical testing, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design CAD fixtures and tooling for testing operations.
• Execute complex Design of Experiments (DOE) to validate product performance.
• Collaborate with external machine builders on equipment integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and troubleshoot test equipment issues.
• Shape long-term test strategies for R&D and production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in test or equipment engineering.
• BS/MS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Medical Device Engineering.
• Expertise in Mechanical Testing and materials behavior.
• Experience with fabrication methods, including 3D printing and machine shop work.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as LabVIEW, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino.
• Strong background in experimental design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead independent projects.
