Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for medium to high complexity release features.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and scripts to validate software quality and user requirements.
• Identify, track, and report defects, providing sign-off on releases.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans and scripts.
• Contribute to test script automation and guide junior members on improving test case density.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers during planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Selenium for test automation.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently by pulling tickets from the backlog.
• Effective communication skills for reporting impediments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Assist associates with operational issues.
