Description

You will lead testing activities focused on automation tools and framework development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for automation projects.
• Lead the testing team in executing test cases, reporting defects, and meeting delivery milestones.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Cypress for web applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations to improve testing processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium and Java for developing and executing test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with EMB (Electronic Measurement Bulletin).
• Experience designing and maintaining automated frameworks using Cypress.
• Ability to create automated tests for functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a testing team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Testing Tools, Test Automation (EMB), Selenium, or Java.
