Description

You will lead end-to-end testing activities for software development projects, focusing on Selenium and Java automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full testing lifecycle, including test planning, design, and execution.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing objectives and strategies.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issue resolution through the lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on testing best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in Java for test script development.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation.
• Expertise in test planning and test case design.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and debug testing scripts and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Certification in Software Testing.
