Lead testing strategies and mentor QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in functional and technical discussions to understand design specifications and identify performance concerns or inconsistencies.
• Manage test environments and infrastructure to ensure they are appropriate and kept up to date.
• Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts to maintain alignment with quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies and tools.
• Develop and mentor QA engineers in the use of testing frameworks to increase technical capability and productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing or quality assurance leadership.
• Experience overseeing automated test script execution and consistency.
• Proven ability to mentor QA engineers and improve technical workflows.
• Background in managing test environments and infrastructure.
• Bachelor's Degree.
