Description

You will lead quality assurance efforts focused on deep system behavior analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Craft test cases directly from specifications, focusing on system behavior rather than UI surface interaction.
• Analyze data flows, state transitions, business rules, and failure modes to design effective tests.
• Report defects with precision, providing context and actionable insight into root causes.
• Provide structured input to SDETs to improve automation coverage.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers to integrate QA early in the development process.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with TestRail for test management and Azure Boards for work tracking.
• Ability to debug issues by reading logs and inspecting responses to isolate root causes.
• Experience interacting with Developers and Product Managers.
• Understanding of functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing types.
• Knowledge of CI Pipelines and basic understanding of test automation concepts.

Preferred Skills

• API testing experience.
• Familiarity with Playwright or API automation frameworks.
