Senior Test Lead

You will lead testing efforts within transformation programs for retail and consumer banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage test execution, including test preparations and end-to-end coverage identification.
• Review functional and technical documentation to define requirements for test case creation.
• Create, modify, and execute manual test cases while documenting and reporting results.
• Coordinate with external vendors, third parties, and other workstreams to ensure alignment.
• Manage defect lifecycles by submitting, tracking, and validating issues within Jira.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with business testers.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Lead and Tester.
• Domain expertise in Bank & Finance, specifically Retail Banking and Consumer Banking.
• Experience managing test projects involving migrated production data.
• Background in B2B and Partner onboarding processes.
• Proven experience working within large-scale Transformation Programs or Projects.
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent bug tracking software.
• Experience working with external vendors in different locations and multicultural environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English.
• Basic understanding of Factoring, Leasing, and Asset Finance business.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying regression and user acceptance test sets.
• Knowledge of test data requirements and conditioning for complex scenarios.
