Description

Lead testing efforts for large-scale enterprise data projects and ETL workflows. You will own the test strategy, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts for data-centric projects.
• Verify the accuracy and integrity of data processed within ETL workflows.
• Guide, mentor, and manage a team of testers to meet project deadlines.
• Develop and implement metrics to measure test progress and product quality.
• Write comprehensive test summary reports and communicate data quality issues to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing and QA leadership.
• Extensive experience with relational databases and advanced SQL for complex joins and large dataset validation.
• Proficiency with Oracle, NoSQL, XML, and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance.
• Experience with data profiling, data quality assessment, and lineage.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing, including Selenium.
• Proficiency using Jira or Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Experience performing functional testing on large-scale enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Experience with AODA testing.
