Description

Lead quality assurance strategy and execution for large-scale, enterprise-level systems within a regulated environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple systems.
• Embed "shift-left" testing practices across all SDLC phases.
• Design and enhance scalable test automation frameworks covering UI, API, and database layers.
• Ensure testing aligns with functional, non-functional, accessibility (AODA), and security requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive test strategies, automation implementations with CI/CD integration, and risk mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing within enterprise IT environments.
• Hands-on expertise in manual and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong proficiency with test automation tools: Selenium, Postman.
• Experience with performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with AODA compliance and accessibility testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA standards, security testing practices, and end-to-end system testing.
• Strong database knowledge including SQL and Oracle.

• Adaptability and ability to manage change in dynamic environments.
