Lead testing efforts for telecom IVR systems, ensuring system integrity through manual and automated protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies tailored to telecom IVR environments.
• Execute manual testing protocols to validate system functionality and integrity.
• Manage end-to-end test execution cycles to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Apply TMAP methodologies to standardize testing processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with IVR Sierra automation.
• Deep expertise in telecom testing and industry processes.
• Proficiency in manual testing and test execution.
• Strong understanding of Test Strategy development.
• Working knowledge of TMAP frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with contact center technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of telecom industry processes.
