Description

You will lead the test strategy and coordinate execution efforts for an offshore QA team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain testing artifacts, including Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Summary Reports.
• Coordinate offshore team execution against the defined testing strategy and plans.
• Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate on improving test coverage.
• Produce detailed reports on test plan execution status.
• Serve as a proactive point of contact for stakeholders, clarifying requirements and driving task completion.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA/Testing, including functional testing and test management.
• Expertise in test case design, execution, validation, and analytical problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience preparing test strategy and closure documentation.
• Experience with Selenium automation framework or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience leveraging AI assistants (e.g., CoPilot) for test documentation or defect analysis.
• Strong delegation and team management capabilities for remote teams.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred.
