Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective testing strategies across the software lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, overseeing performance and development.
• Apply knowledge of agile methodologies to shape testing processes.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple testing projects concurrently.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in QA Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and System Testing.
• Proficiency with testing tools including Selenium, JUnit, Postman, Loadrunner, and XRay.
• Strong grasp of Project Management and SDLC models.
• Experience implementing testing strategies across various methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues.
