Description

You will own the strategy, execution, and leadership of software quality assurance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive testing strategies and plans for software products.
• Manage a distributed team of test analysts and executors across multiple Agile streams.
• Design and enforce test and execution standards for the team.
• Analyze test results, generate status reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Unit, Integration, and System Testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Selenium, JUnit, Postman, LoadRunner, and XRay.
• Experience managing multiple testing streams within an Agile framework.
• Expertise using Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft toolset.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
