Description

You will lead and execute quality assurance initiatives for software projects, managing a team of test engineers and defining testing strategies across the lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective testing strategies across the software lifecycle.
• Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, overseeing performance and professional development.
• Apply agile methodologies to shape and improve testing processes.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple testing projects concurrently.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Expertise in QA Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and System Testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium, JUnit, Postman, Loadrunner, and XRay.
• Strong grasp of Project Management and SDLC models.
• Experience implementing testing strategies across various methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
