Lead testing efforts across complex finance and HR application landscapes in London, ON.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycles for Workday, Oracle HCM, and finance applications.
• Oversee quality assurance processes within the insurance landscape.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage testing requirements and project goals.
• Apply testing methodologies and best practices to ensure high-standard deliverables.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance.
• Expertise in Workday Finance and Oracle HCM testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Workiva, Alteryx, Taleo, and BillingCenter.
• Proven proficiency in Test Management and defining test strategies.
• Strong background in Finance application testing.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting languages.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical outcomes clearly.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Strong London Markets domain knowledge.
