Description

Lead end-to-end testing for complex finance and HR application landscapes. Define test strategies and manage quality assurance across Workday, Oracle HCM, and insurance systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for finance and HR applications.
• Manage full testing lifecycles for Workday Finance, Oracle HCM, and related systems.
• Oversee quality assurance processes within the insurance landscape.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing requirements with project goals.
• Apply testing methodologies to ensure high-standard deliverables.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance.
• Expertise in Workday Finance and Oracle HCM testing.
• Hands-on experience with Workiva, Alteryx, Taleo, and BillingCenter.
• Strong background in finance application testing.
• Proficiency in test management and defining test strategies.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting languages.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical outcomes clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Strong London Markets domain knowledge.
