Description

You will lead test strategy and manage QA execution across offshore teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare testing artifacts including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Summary Reports, Defect Documentation, and Test Closure documents.
• Lead test strategy and coordinate execution with offshore teams to ensure adherence to the plan.
• Identify automation candidates and collaborate with engineers to ensure test coverage and maintainability.
• Delegate and manage team tasks to ensure timely and quality delivery of assignments.
• Produce daily reports detailing test plan execution status.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience in QA/Testing, including functional testing and Test Management.
• Hands-on experience preparing test strategy documentation and summary reports.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit automation frameworks.
• Experience coordinating testing execution with offshore teams.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience leveraging AI tools like CoPilot for drafting artifacts or analyzing defects.
• Demonstrated ability in test case design, execution, and analytical problem-solving.
