Description

You will define, develop, implement, and support ATE test program solutions for next-generation GPUs and AI server products. You will own the development and debugging of ATE test method code and scripting automation tools. You will actively participate in cross-functional teams, including Product Development Engineering, DFT, and IC design, to efficiently debug product failures and implement optimal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement ATE test program solutions for GPU and AI server products.
• Develop and debug ATE test method code and scripting automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug product failures and implement solutions.
• Support silicon verification, testing, and manufacturing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of silicon verification, testing, and manufacturing.
• Essential knowledge of the Advantest 93K ATE platform.
• Proficiency in Linux and programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Experience with SRAM testing and familiarity with 2.5D or MCM assembly.
• Understanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST, and IOBIST.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of system level testing/validation.
• Experience utilizing AI in ATE testing.
